If not it maybe due to any of the following reasons:

  • Each discount code Can only be used ONCE for each customer.
  • Some discount codes may have a minimum spend. e.g., £50.00 GBP.
  • the code may only apply be applicable to specific products/ categories.
  • Only one discount code can applied to an order.
