We’re sorry to hear that your discount code isn’t working. The most common reason is that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, sales, or offers (for example, they won’t apply to sale items).
If this doesn’t apply, the issue may be due to one of the following:
Each discount code can only be used once per customer
The code has been entered exactly as provided (including capital letters or special characters)
Some discount codes require a minimum spend (e.g. £50.00 GBP)
The code may only apply to specific products or categories (discount codes do not apply to sale items)
Only one discount code can be applied per order
