You may return an international order within 30 days of receiving your order, to return an international order, please follow the steps below;
Go to the Global-e Returns Portal, enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order, follow the return process through to completion.
Returns can only be accepted via this process; this is to ensure that the appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated.
Once the refund is processed, the refund will take up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
