You’ll need:

  • Your GE order number order number (for example, GE1234567890GE)

  • The email address used for your order

Follow these steps:

  1. Follow the instructions on the portal to create your return and generate your return label or QR code.

  2. Pack your item(s) securely and attach your return label (if printing).

  3. Take your parcel to your chosen post office or drop-off point.


Returns for international orders can only be accepted via our returns portal. This ensures the correct customs clearance documentation is generated.


Returns can be made via self-postage or DHL Express at cost, where you pay the expected return shipping charge directly.


Please keep your receipt or drop-off email, as it contains your tracking number. We cannot investigate missing returns without it.


Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
