To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- In original condition with tags still attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging
A fixed return fee of £2.95 per order will be charged when you create your return via the returns portal.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you will need to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Women’s swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed)
- Men’s swimwear
- Men’s and women’s underwear
- Socks, unless sealed in the original packaging
- Bottles and shakers
