Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. All items are inspected upon return; items deemed unsaleable will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the unwanted item using our returns process HERE.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are exceptions to our standard return policy:
Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable
Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and has not been removed
Socks must be returned sealed in their original packaging
Men’s swimwear, underwear, and women’s underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Bottles and shakers are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
A fixed return service charge of £2.95 per order (UK CUSTOMERS) applies, along with your original shipping charge. These will be automatically deducted when your refund is issued.
Please keep proof of return to allow tracking of your parcel. Without tracking, we are unable to investigate missing returns.
Please note: abuse of our Returns Policy—including repeated refunds, “free wardrobing,” or chargeback fraud—will not be accepted. Gym King reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and refunds and may close a customer account if deemed necessary.
