Don't worry, we've most likely received your parcel but it's waiting to be processed.  

You do not need to message us to tell us you've returned it. 

Due to high volumes, we are unable to notify you we've received your returned parcel. 

Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt. 

After we've processed your return/ exchange, you will receive an email notification. 

Please allow us up to 20 days to process this. 

You don't need to do anything. If you do not receive an email after 20 days, please contact our customer service with:

  1. Proof of postage
  2. Parcel tracking number 
  3.  Order number
