You do not need to message us to tell us you've returned it.
Once your return has been received it should take no longer than 14 days for it to be processed. You will receive an email from as once your refund has been issued.
If you believe your refund should have been issued please contact our Customer Service team via Contact Us | Gym King – GYM KING (thegymking.com) with your proof of postage showing the tracking number and your WEB order number to enable us to look into this for you.
If you are unable to provide the above or you returned your parcel using a courier of your choice, we kindly ask for your patience as we can only issue a refund once the parcel is actually received into our Distribution Centre.
