Once your return has been received, it should take no longer than 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email from us once your refund has been issued.

Proof of postage showing the tracking number
This will help us investigate the issue quickly.
If you are unable to provide this information, or returned your parcel using a courier of your choice, please be patient, as refunds can only be issued once the parcel is received at our Distribution Centre.
