UK Customers - How can I return my Items? section.


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered (unless stated otherwise). To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition you received it, unwashed, unmarked and in the original packaging.


Please keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage to allow you/ us to track your parcel and investigate with the carrier and returns that go missing. Without the tracking we are unable to investigate.


Once we have received your return the items are inspected, if the items are acceptable we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been issued, Please remember you refund is less £2.50. If the items are rejected you will receive a notification email and we will send the items back to you.


Please allow 5-10 days for the return to be processed in our Distribution Centre once we have received them.


International Customers - How can I return my Items? section

Go to the Global-e Returns Portal, enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order, follow the return process through to completion.

Returns can only be accepted via this process; this is to ensure that the appropriate customs clearance documentation is generated.

Once the refund is processed, the refund will take up to 5 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
