If your order tracking shows "Returned to Sender" is likely to be due to one of the following reasons:
- The PIN number has not been provided on a secure delivery.
- The delivery has been refused.
- The delivery address is incorrect, has something missing (i.e. the postcode).
- There has been several failed delivery attempts.
- The order has not been collected from the pick up point with the time period (7 days)
We are sorry that this has happened. Once the order is returned back to us we will aim to issue a refund within 14 days.
