If your order tracking shows “Returned to Sender,” this can happen for a few different reasons, including:
A PIN number was not provided for a secure delivery
The delivery was refused
The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete (for example, a missing postcode)
Multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful
The order was not collected from the pick-up point within the allocated time frame (7 days)
We’re really sorry this has happened and understand how frustrating it can be. Once the order has been safely returned to us, we’ll aim to process your refund within 14 days.
