We’re really sorry to hear that an item is missing from your order. While this is very rare, please follow the steps below so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible:

  • Check your emails (including your spam or junk folder) to confirm that all items were dispatched. In some cases, an item may be out of stock and a partial refund will have been issued.
  • Contact our customerservice@gymking.com team as soon as possible, including your order number (for example, WEB123456) and the name of the missing item.


Please note: all claims for missing items must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
