We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received the wrong item. While this is uncommon, we want to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.


Please contact our customerservice@gymking.com team with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you were supposed to receive
  • The name of the incorrect item you received
  • A photo of the incorrect item, including the swing tag and the packaging label

Once we receive your email, we’ll aim to resolve the issue promptly. We may ask you to return the incorrect item to us.


Please note: all claims for incorrect items must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
